WHO WE ARE

Black Star Sinners is a dynamic rock band that emerged from the vibrant music scene of Southern California in 2017. Known for their electrifying performances and raw, emotional lyrics, the band quickly carved out a niche for itself in the rock genre. 

Black Star Sinners just released two singles both debuting on KNAC.FM in the month of July 2026 their First original single for 2026 “Wake the Dead” and they were featured as the Local Artist of the week as heard on Pure Rock Hidden Treasures with DJ Hollywood. The follow up single the band reconstructed a Heavy Metal classic “American Metal” by Lizzy Borden from their Love you to Pieces Debut album from 1985!

Black Star Sinners are renowned for their intense live performances while engaging excitement from the crowd. Their passion and energy on stage have earned them a loyal following, making them one of the most exciting acts in the Southern California Rock scene today.

The band consists of Lead Vocalist Walt Deadly, Lead Guitarist Ash Star, Bassist Tony Tonite and drummer Chris Ramirez along with additional Guitars and vocals by Javi Colon. Each member brings a unique background and influence blending elements of 80’s Arena Rock and Heavy Metal with a modern twist that creates a distinct sound that resonates with a wide variety of audiences.
